Its being confirmed on Rick's official website, www.rickspringfield.com that Dr Noah Drake will indeed return to General Hospital the week of July 7th with Eli Love to return the following week.Also check out this week's ABC Soaps In Dept (July 14th) on sale now for a picture and a mention in the "Ins & Outs" section!
