According to their website, Best Buddies is the world’s largest program that creates friendships between persons with and without intellectual disabilities. For people with intellectual disabilities, Best Buddies is a lifeline to the joy of having and being a friend, going to parties and music festivals, playing sports, improving reading, writing and computer skills, securing successful jobs, learning how to ride public transportation, living independently in their own homes, falling in love, raising a family and making lifelong friendships.Through Best Buddies, hundreds of thousands of people with intellectual disabilities have successfully moved from segregation and desolation to a new acceptance in their family and community. In turn, Best Buddies has created a new spirit of public service for thousands of middle school, high school, college, citizen and e-Buddies volunteers that will last a lifetime.

Rumor has it, that "Three" (the one stuck in the vault with Maxie) is Logon Drake, brother to Patrick (and assumingly, son to Noah?). It'll be interesting to see if those rumors are true, how that will all work out, and if it'll mean more screen time for Rick.
For recaps of all of Noah's appearances, be sure to check out the General Hospital Section on rickspringfield.us.
